Far away at the North Pole, in a place where time stands still, there is a rather extraordinary Sorting Office.
It’s shelves stretch higher than you can see, filled with every letter ever written to Father Christmas. Glowing memory marbles hold muddy adventures, belly laughs, birthday wishes and moments too precious to lose. Wishes are gathered, ribbons are tied, and elves hurry between the endless shelves making sure every little piece of magic finds its way to exactly where it belongs.
And at the very heart of it sits Father Christmas, preparing for the most important night of the year.
